No, you do not need a referral to see us as a private patient. A referral is only needed for WorkCover cases, motor accident claims, or subsidised sessions under Enchanced Primary Care Program (Medicare).

Yes. In fact, we are WorkCover (SIRA) Approved Physiotherapists. If you have a claim number already, we will bill your insurance company directly and manage the treatment paperwork for you.

It would be helpful if you could bring along any relevant scans so we can explain them to you. If you haven’t done any scans for the injury, that’s ok too.

Wear normal clothes you are comfortable being in, and your preferred method of payment for your consult.

Not all Physios work the same way, just like how not every GP will approach a medical problem the same way.
